"Since I started working here, I've noticed that my affinity with the hospitality industry is part of who I am. When I was still studying, working in hospitality was the ideal part-time job. I danced between the tables, or at least that's how it felt. Working with people is and remains rewarding work. At De Horecabond, I will focus on the catering and recreation sectors. There, I will represent the interests of our members. I believe it's important that work not only pays off but also contributes to your personal Your career. Good employment conditions play a significant role in this. 

De Horecabond, the union, is more important than most people realise. The union not only represents your interests at the CLA table, but it is also a community where we stand together and work for what matters. I may be the one sitting at the table, but I'm not there on my own behalf; I'm there on behalf of the staff in the industry. I have the honour of speaking on your behalf. The larger the group of members I can represent, the better the results we can achieve. 

If I can impart one thing to people in the field, it's that every voice matters, and I want to hear it. Each of you has your own opinion, needs, and voice. The more of you who speak up, stand up, and become members, the more we can achieve together. I'm happy to contribute to that."
