How will I be helped?
For most queries, we can assist you quite a bit with advice over the phone.
Are you a member and is your problem not solvable over the phone? Then we will create a case file for you, which will be personally handled by one of our legal experts. Very occasionally, it happens that we still can't resolve the issue, for instance, in the case of an employment dispute. In such cases, we can support you with a solicitor, so that together with you, we can take your employer to court. Fortunately, this is often not necessary.
