How am I assisted?
For most queries, we can help you a great deal with advice over the phone.
Are you a member and your problem cannot be solved over the phone? Then we will create a case file for you, which will be personally handled by one of our legal experts. Very occasionally, it happens that we still cannot resolve the issue, for example, in the case of an employment dispute. Then we can support you with a solicitor, so that together with you, we can take your employer to court. Fortunately, this is often not necessary.
