What do you think is the most important quality a member of the supervisory board should have?
“He or she should have administrative experience, be working or have worked in one of the three sectors, be a team player, be able to connect people, and have a vision for the future of the union.”
What do you want to focus on during the upcoming four-year board term?
“I want to engage the young people in the sectors more with our union and fully commit to this without it being at the expense of the older members. Additionally, I want to ensure the expansion of the number of members in the CLA committees, especially in the hospitality committee. That the finances remain in order according to the outlined policy.”
What makes you happy?
“Dedicating myself with passion and a lot of energy to the union and ending a busy day in a Burgundian style with a nice wine.”
What is your motto?
“Believe in your own strength!”
