"I always work from a question-oriented approach, carefully analysing how our Updates range aligns with what our customers need. By closely following the latest trends and developments, such as healthier and more sustainable dining environments, I translate these insights into innovative concepts that enhance our offerings. I do this in close collaboration with the marketing, assortment management, and purchasing departments. I am constantly looking for new ways to improve the dining and catering experience for our customers, with the aim of consistently exceeding their expectations."

In my free time, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family; together with my wife, I have two children. We love active holidays. I am a great enthusiast of food and drink, and music also plays a significant role in my life. My taste is diverse, from Boudewijn de Groot to the energetic beats of Carl Cox. Moreover, I like to stay fit by running and working out.

With great enthusiasm, I am a member of the supervisory board at De Horecabond. Hospitality, catering, and recreation have been a common thread throughout my life, and I see collaboration as the key to progress. As a member and sparring partner of the supervisory board, I would like to contribute to promoting solidarity and social justice within the sectors.
