De Horecabond and CNV have reached a negotiation result with the employers' organisation KHN regarding a 2-year CLA for hospitality starting 1 January 2025.
With the agreements in the new CLA, the employment conditions in hospitality are clearly improved. For instance, wages will increase, loyalty leave will be introduced, and the work-life balance will be better.
