The CLA process has concluded once again, and it was an exciting time. From gathering your input, discussing our commitment, to the efforts made by the negotiators to reach a negotiation result. All in an attempt to make our CLA a little better and more social.
The most important thing is you! Have you voted yet?
Personally, as an active member and listener, I found the CLA process to be very positive. Respect for each other, listening, and connecting are key words in this. It is now my task to share this information with colleagues, friends, and fellow professionals! This is also important for you. Follow the latest updates and discuss it with your colleagues. Because ultimately, you are the person who makes the difference!
With the new result, we have made our sector a bit more attractive and social. The aim is to look forward to a mature sector that we as employees can be proud of. With various agreements on work-life balance, improvements to the salary structure, and good agreements ensuring that training and experience truly pay off, this is another great step in the right direction. Together we stand strong, and together we strive for a good social sector.
I want to thank everyone who has already cast their vote, contributed, or been involved in any way in the creation of this hospitality CLA. And who knows, we might meet again in our wonderful sector.
