To help you prevent and address cross-border behaviour in the workplace, the FNV (via the Stichting van de Arbeid) offers bystander training.
During this training, you will learn what you can do if you witness undesirable behaviour in the workplace. You will receive practical tips and tools to take action. The training is free, takes place live, lasts 3 hours, and is free to attend. You do not need to purchase any materials. After the training, you will receive a link to the e-learning. This way, you can calmly review and practise the material you have learned whenever it suits you.
