In recent weeks, negotiations have taken place regarding a social plan for office staff (mainly managers and support staff). Members of De Horecabond had already agreed to the social plan. Now, members of the other unions (CNV and De Unie) have also definitively approved the social plan.
All agreements from the negotiation result will be incorporated into the texts of the social plan. Once this is completed, the involved staff will receive the plan digitally.
