Pay rise from 1 January 2025
The most frequently asked question is about the pay rise. Good news: from 1 January 2025, all employees covered by the CLA catering (Part A and B) will receive the same pay rise as in the CLA hospitality.
The increase will be calculated based on your salary as of 31 December 2024. This takes into account the introduction and indexation of the statutory minimum hourly salary from 1 January 2025.
What do you need to do?
Check your payslip to see if you have already received the pay rise. If not, discuss this with your employer. If you cannot resolve it together, we are happy to assist you further.
