Update negotiations

On Tuesday, 9 April, negotiations took place regarding the CLA for contract catering, hospitality, and inflight. These discussions are held at two tables, namely the Inflight table and the so-called broad table.

The good news is that the parties have reached an agreement concerning the inflight. At the broad table, this has not yet been achieved. Employers still need to have internal discussions on a few final points. On Thursday, 11 April, employers will inform the unions of their stance on this. Depending on this, it may lead to a result at the broad CLA table or not.

Because the employment conditions for staff in contract catering, hospitality, and inflight are covered by a single CLA, there is only a negotiation result (and a new CLA) when there is agreement on all parts. Until that is achieved, we cannot share its content with you, as it may still change. We realise that everyone wants to know where they stand, but in our view, partial information only leads to more uncertainty. Therefore, we ask for a little more patience from you.
