As of 1 January 2020, the wages of skilled workers with a salary between the basic and final salary have been increased by 3%.
Therefore, check your payslip carefully to see if you have received the 3% increase. If you earn more than the final salary and have been employed by the same employer for three years or more, you will receive a one-time payment of €100 on 1 July 2020 (part-time pro rata).
** PLEASE NOTE: the CLA has not yet been declared Generally Binding (avv). This means that the CLA currently only applies to companies affiliated with KHN or if your employer voluntarily applies the hospitality CLA (you can find this in your employment contract).
