Organisations and partnerships in the hospitality sector can apply for subsidies via the hospitality Ontwikkel Platform (HOP) for projects starting in 2025 or 2026.
What is the subsidy intended for?
The subsidy is intended for projects that contribute to an attractive, strong, and future-proof hospitality sector. For example, setting up a learning pathway or training approach. Or an approach to improve working conditions in the sector.
Who can apply for the subsidy?
Subsidy applications can be submitted by:
- Partnerships of employers and employees
- Employers' organisations
- Employees' organisations
How does the application process work?

Important deadlines
- For projects in 2025: apply before 31 May 2025
- For projects in 2026: apply before 31 October 2025
What is HOP?
The hospitality Ontwikkel Platform (HOP) is an initiative of social partners in hospitality: Koninklijke hospitality Nederland, De Horecabond and CNV.
HOP invests in the Your career of the sector by supporting projects in the areas of training, working conditions, and employment. This way, employers and employees together build a sustainable future for the sector.
