Do you want to step onto the work floor and truly make a difference in the hospitality industry? Then this is your chance. De Horecabond is looking for Hospitality Ambassadors Work & Income (16–24 hours per week).
Our ambassadors are visible in the sector. You will visit hospitality businesses, schools, and events and engage with workers about pay, schedules, and CLA agreements. You will explain their rights and what De Horecabond can do for them. Together, we ensure that working in hospitality continues to be rewarding.
What will you do?
- Engage with workers about work and income
- Provide information at schools and companies
- Be present at fairs and events
- Make De Horecabond visible and accessible in the sector
- You will work partly on location and partly from home or office. No day is the same.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who easily approaches people, is sociable and enthusiastic, and feels at home in the hospitality industry. Someone who gets energised from meaningful conversations.
