Roompot Holiday Parks is in discussions with Landal GreenParks about a possible acquisition.
The acquisition still needs to be approved by the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). The ACM will check whether an acquisition harms competition, potentially creating a dominant position. If the ACM gives approval, then FNV Recreation (together with other unions) will be involved when there are changes to employment conditions or when drafting a social plan. Both employees of Landal GreenParks and Roompot Holiday Parks are already covered by the CLA recreation.
