Today, the trade unions (including FNV Recreatie) and the employers' organisation RECRON have reached an agreement for a new CLA. The CLA will take effect on 1 July 2017 and will run until 31 December 2018.
FNV Recreatie members are positive
The members of FNV Recreatie have indicated that they agree with the negotiation result. The vast majority of the votes cast were positive.
Salary increase of 2.75%
The main points are a salary increase of 1.75% on 1 January 2018 and 1% on 1 October 2018. The modernisation of the CLA will also be further developed, with the employee at the centre.

The CLA recreation applies to all 18,000 employees at holiday parks, campsites, and group accommodations. The staff in the recreation sector consists of 60% women and over 30% are younger than 24 years.
