Trade unions (CNV Vakmensen, FNV Publiek Belang and FNV Recreatie) and employers (RECRON) sat down at the negotiating table for the third time on Tuesday, 21 March to discuss a new CLA recreation. With the mandate of the CLA committee, the trade unions have presented a final offer to the employers. The following two options are proposed:
- 1-year term from 1 July 2017 to 1 July 2018, with a salary increase of 2% from 1 January 2018 or
- 1.5-year term from 1 July 2017 to 31 December 2018, with a salary increase of 2% from 1 January 2018 and 1% from 1 October 2018.
The employers are considering the final offer from the trade unions. On 18 April, the employers and the trade unions will meet again. The employers will then respond to the final offer from the trade unions.
