Join the discussion about the new CLA recreation

Negotiations for a new CLA recreation are currently at a standstill. HISWA-RECRON has paused the discussions. As a result, no new agreements have been made for 2026.

We find this difficult to understand, especially now that prices are rising and there is a high demand for good people in the recreation sector. Employers indicate that due to the VAT increase and new legislation, there is little room to make progress.

That's why we want to hear from you now about what is important!

Attend a meeting

In May and June, we are organising digital meetings and visiting various parks. We will explain what a CLA is, how a CLA is established, and what role you play in it.

We will also engage in conversation with you. How do you experience your work? What can be improved? And what do you consider important for the new CLA recreation?
