The CLA negotiations today, 7 June 2016, have not resulted in an agreement. The main stumbling block remains the salary. Employees are requesting a salary increase of 2.25% from 1 January 2017 and 2.25% from 1 January 2018. The employers have made a final offer and will not go beyond 1.5% from 1 October 2016 and 1.5% from 1 October 2017.
On Thursday, 9 June, the CLA committee of FNV Recreation will discuss the situation that has arisen.
