Status of CLA Albron Center Parcs

The company CLA that FNV Recreation has agreed with Albron Center Parcs is valid until 31-12-2022.

This summer, we visited several parks and organised a meeting at Heijderbos to gather what employees at Albron Center Parcs find important for future employment conditions. It emerged that the continuation of the Updates arrangement should remain the starting point. For us, it is important that there should be no difference in pay and employment conditions between employees employed by Center Parcs and employees of Albron Center Parcs. 

In recent times, various discussions have taken place between FNV Recreation and Albron Center Parcs, where the principles of both parties were discussed and the management made a proposal. This proposal entails that:

Employees with a fixed-term contract/new employees

• As of 1-1-2023, they will transition to the hospitality CLA, and they will no longer be entitled to agreements from the old CLA.
• Salaries remain the same, but there is a loss in perspective. The salary scale of the hospitality CLA is on average 7.5% lower (depending on the pay group/scale).

Employees with a permanent contract

• As of 1-1-2023, they will transition to the hospitality CLA, with some additional agreements based on the old CLA (these will be explained during our meetings).
• 2% salary increase as of 1-1-2023.
• Employees who are not yet at the end of the scale will receive an additional periodic increase as of 1-1-2023 and 1-1-2024.

In the coming weeks, we will organise meetings at various parks to inform and engage with employees of Albron Center Parcs, so that by the end of November we can respond to the proposal towards the management of Albron Center Parcs.  

We have agreed with the Management of Albron Center Parcs that employees who are working will be given the opportunity to attend a meeting.
