FNV Recreation and CNV Vakmensen have, following consultation with their members, rejected the final offer from the employers' organisation HISWA-RECRON for a new CLA recreation effective from 1 January 2022. Employers have been asked to invite the unions back for discussions and to come up with a better salary offer, following which there has been informal contact.
In this latest contact, employers have sounded out what might be considered an acceptable new salary offer by the unions. FNV Recreation has provided the outcome of the member consultation as guidance. FNV Recreation is now awaiting an invitation from HISWA-RECRON to resume negotiations for a new CLA recreation.
Should this unexpectedly not happen and employers fail to come up with a better salary offer, the CLA committee of FNV Recreation will consider the necessary next steps/actions to compel employers to meet the unions' demands.
