Research into employee participation

We are conducting research into employee participation in the hospitality sector. This involves having a say and making decisions at work, for example through a works council, staff representation, or other forms of input.

We want to know how this is organised within companies and what support employees need. Even if you are not personally involved, your opinion is important. Your experience helps to get a complete picture. Completing the survey is anonymous and can be done even if you are not a member.
