What will you do?
You are the point of contact for employees with questions about work and income. You provide clear and expert advice via phone, email, or chat. You handle many issues independently, but for more complex cases, you work with your colleagues. You identify broader trends in the sector and translate them into action. You participate in projects that require legal depth and contribute to the visibility of De Horecabond with your efforts. You work with conviction and connection: because you know that good legal advice truly helps workers move forward.
What do you bring?
You have a solid legal foundation and a passion for sectors full of energy, where protection is not always a given. You are helpful, forward-thinking, and communicate clearly. You work independently but always seek collaboration when necessary.
Furthermore:
- You have completed a legal MBO+ or HBO education;
- You have good Insights of employment law and apply it practically;
- You have experience in a similar role (for example, within legal aid, a union, HR, or a legal advice centre);
- You are solution-oriented, proactive, and strong in communication;
- Experience with a union is a plus, but not a requirement.
