Final result of the new Zoo CLA

It has taken quite some time, but there is a final result for the new Zoo CLA. This CLA runs from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026.

The final result has now been discussed with the CLA committee. They are somewhat disappointed that only agreements regarding wages have been made and that our other proposals have been dismissed. Nevertheless, a large majority of the committee can ultimately agree with this. They have proposed to discuss this final result with the employees and to present it to the members for approval.

As a member, you can cast your vote until Monday 2 December 2024 at the latest. The zoo CLA committee will decide on Tuesday 3 December 2024, partly based on the outcome, whether they agree to conclude the new Zoo CLA. Cast your vote!
