The members of FNV Recreation have indicated that they agree with the negotiation result for a new CLA at Albron Center Parcs. 90% of the votes cast were positive. The members of FNV Recreation could cast their votes until 22 December. This means that the CLA applies from 1 January 2020 and that employees employed before 1 July 2012 will receive a total salary increase of 4.5% in 2020, and employees employed on or after 1 July 2012 will receive a total of 3.75%.
Union representative FNV Recreation, Johan Bijlsma: “The employees of Albron CP have faced a significant reduction in their employment conditions in recent years. The outlook is now better; the forecasts for 2020 look good. With this new CLA, employees of Albron CP will finally benefit from this.”
Main points from the negotiation result
- CLA duration of 3 years: from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022.
- Salary:
- 1% salary increase per 1 January 2020
- 0.75% salary increase per 1 January 2020 for employees employed before
1 July 2012 to compensate for the abolition of the Sunday allowance - 1.5% salary increase per 1 July 2020
- 1.25% salary increase per 1 October 2020.
- From 2021, salary increases will be applied according to the recreation CLA.
- Higher pay scale for assistants per 1 January 2020
Aged 15 to 17 € 4.39 per hour = approximately 45% to 10% more pay
Aged 18 to 19 € 6.67 per hour = approximately 32% to 10% more pay
Aged 20 to 21 € 11.11 per hour = approximately 38% to 10% more pay - 50% contribution to the paid union membership fee.
