Recreation staff wishes on the table

We have once again asked employers in the recreation sector to continue discussions about a new CLA and a pay rise effective from 1 January 2026. However, it remains quiet at the negotiation table.

Wishes literally on the table

Together with recreation workers, we have literally put their wishes on the table. On 11 February, we presented a tablecloth full of ideas for better employment conditions to HISWA-RECRON.

With a clear message: take recreation workers seriously. Stagnation is not an option.

What it's about

Recreation workers deserve appreciation that is reflected in better employment conditions. They want agreements that ensure less workload and more clarity about working hours and contracts. This is necessary to retain people in the sector and to build a sustainable future for recreation together.
