CLA (CLA). It sounds dull and boring, but don't be mistaken! Alongside the employment contract you sign with your employer, the CLA is the most important document you will encounter during your work. In July 2017, a new CLA for recreation and swimming pool employees must be concluded. This may seem far off, but the initial negotiation talks will already take place in February.
