De Horecabond has reached a negotiation result with the employers regarding a new Zoo CLA effective from 1 January 2025.
The final result in outline
Duration of the CLA
- From 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026 (2 years).
Repair of the salary structure as of 1 January 2025
- Job groups I+II will be merged and the basic and final wages will follow the WML.
- Job groups III-VI: the basic salary will be increased differentially, fg III by 5.5%, fg IV by 7%, fg V by 4% and fg VI by 2.5%. The final salary of fg III-VI will be increased by 2.5%.
- Job groups VII to XI: basic and final wages will increase by 2%.
salary Your career as of 1 January 2025
- Job group I+II: the actual salary of skilled workers during the duration of the CLA will increase by the WML percentage on 1 January and 1 July.
- Job group III-VI: generic increase of 2.5%. The actual salaries will be increased by this percentage.
- Job groups VII to XI: generic increase of 2%. The basic, final wages and the actual salaries will be increased by this percentage.

- Job group III to XI: generic increase of 1%. The basic, final wages and the actual salaries will be increased by this percentage.
salary Your career as of 1 January 2026
- Job group I+II: the actual salary of skilled workers will increase by the WML percentage on 1 January and 1 July during the duration of the CLA.
- Job group III-XI: generic increase of 2.5%. The basic, final wages and the actual salaries will be increased by this percentage.
